The art of composition

Rule of thirds
This picture was taken long ago outside my apartments. I used rule of thirds to make my picture look a little but more interesting but also having all the attention on the water hydrant. I like this picture because it gives mostly all the focus to the water hydrant even though its not on the center.

Simplicity
I took this picture in a really cold December day. For this picture I focused mainly on the rose and zoomed into it could only capture the flower. I edited in photoshop to bring the coolness to the picture and transmit the cold feeling of the time the picture was taken. I was really proud of this picture even thought I never used it for any of my projects.

Framing
This picture was taken in a Saturday morning before my soccer game. I was passing by the park  and noticed that the leaves of the trees were framing the sky. I really liked the contrast of this picture because it makes the sky look more bold and pretty while the dark frames of the trees make it a dark and pleasant picture.
Directional Lines
This picture was taken in a saturday morning also. I consider this directional lines because the lines lead you to the birds. I really like this picture because it gives out a urban the of theme. For example, birds belong on the branches of trees but since there aren't as much anymore and there are many electricity cables, they find it more easy to rest there for a bit.
